get access to care
A cancer diagnosis changes everything for you and your loved ones — including access to the mental health support you need. Our Flatwater Navigation team handles program intake to make sure you get the proper care you deserve.
We’re so glad you’re here. Completing our interest form is the first step to accessing Flatwater’s Program.
As we are able to admit new program participants, you will be contacted by our Bilingual Care Coordinator who communicates directly with all those seeking services through Flatwater. Those that qualify for our services will be provided with profiles of therapists who are well-suited to your needs and currently accepting referrals.

Meet the flatwater navigation team
As the Bilingual Care Coordinator for Flatwater, Dolores is the first point of contact for anyone interested in the program. She works closely with program participants to ensure they have a seamless experience from the very first steps. Her goal is to provide guidance, support, and help match program participants with a therapist within our Flatwater Provider Network who best fits their needs.

As Chief Mission Officer, Becky supports our overall program operations to ensure that things run smoothly and effectively for our program participants, our formal program partners, and the therapists in our Flatwater Provider Network. She is committed to our program evolving in a responsive and equitable way to meet our Central Texas community needs. At times, Becky will also communicate directly with program participants to match them with therapists within our Flatwater Provider Network.
