A cancer diagnosis changes everything for you and your loved ones — including access to the mental health support you need. Our Flatwater Navigation team handles program intake to make sure you get the proper care you deserve.
We’re so glad you’re here. Completing our interest form is the first step to accessing Flatwater’s Program.
As we are able to admit new program participants, you will be contacted by our Bilingual Care Coordinator who communicates directly with all those seeking services through Flatwater. Those that qualify for our services will be provided with profiles of therapists who are well-suited to your needs and currently accepting referrals.
