Flatwater Challenge

A grueling yet rewarding, multi-day endurance stand up paddle board event taking place every other year in remote locations all over the world.

AN ENDURANCE challenge LIKE NO OTHER.

Every two years, Flatwater takes a select group of paddlers to participate in an endurance stand up paddle board event in a remote location. Each participant is required to raise a minimum of $10,000 and trains for months to prepare — it's no easy task. 100% of funds raised go directly toward providing access to mental health therapy in the wake of cancer.

The Flatwater Challenge series began in 2015 with the SUP 11 City Tour in the Netherlands. Since then, we've paddled extreme distances across Lake Tahoe, Iceland, Antelope Canyon, and Vancouver Island, and back to the Netherlands pushing our minds and bodies to their limits.

What’s included?

Food, lodging, local guides and SUP equipment are included as part of the experience.

Participants will be responsible for airline tickets to and from the destination, food for travel days, gear and personal supplies in addition to meeting their minimum fundraising goal of $10,000 by the start of the Challenge.
