Alyssa Cornett

Alyssa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a passionate advocate for mental health. She brings heart, vision, and a collaborative spirit to her work at Flatwater, drawing on extensive experience in therapeutic support, community building, and high-impact event production. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and St. Edward’s University, Alyssa is deeply committed to fostering connection and wellbeing in all she does.

Executive Director

Alexander excelled at the United States Military Academy at West Point before transferring to Brigham Young University, where he earned a BS degree in Accounting. He obtained his CPA license and pursued a Masters in Information System Management from Harvard University.

With experience in supporting nonprofit financial processes at various organizations, including PwC, Alexander established White Lotus to assist smaller nonprofits deeply rooted in their local communities.

Becky Morales

Becky is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Council-Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S). She has extensive experience in both direct service and administrative roles since becoming a social worker in 2003, and has focused her work in the areas of mental health, oncology, chronic illness and disability, and intimate partner violence. Becky is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, and The University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work.

Callie atkins

Callie graduated from the University of Tennessee before first making her way to Texas in 2014, and she is proud to call Austin home today. 

She brings a unique blend of nonprofit and clinical knowledge to Flatwater, drawing on a diverse background that spans nonprofit development, strategy, and marketing, as well as clinical experience as a registered nurse. By combining these skills, she finds purpose in helping mission-driven organizations thrive.

Jessica Lombardi

Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Art Education from the University of Texas, and has called Austin home since 2010. A people person through and through, Jessica has spent a lot of her working career in the service industry, coaching volleyball, and teaching in public schools.

She created a successful charity golf tournament, the Mama Betty’s Golf Classic, which has raised $225k+ for Flatwater. Jessica looks to continue to bring intentional and exciting opportunities for the community to connect with Flatwater, and to excel its mission.

Jenna leigh noons

Jenna graduated from the The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Business Communications. She has built her career leading marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement across corporate & startups. Her experience includes go-to-market campaigns, shaping brand presence, and building scalable customer programs that amplify authentic stories and drive meaningful growth.

She is passionate about using thoughtful storytelling to grow awareness and help more people impacted by cancer access the mental health support they need.

dolores Laparte-litton

Dolores was raised in Mexico and has lived in Austin, Texas since 1994, where she began her career with the Austin Police Department as Victim Services Counselor. She retired from APD as a Victim Services Supervisor after 25 years of service. She completed her Master in Counseling Program at St. Edward's University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Dolores has vast experience providing mental health and crisis intervention for those who have experienced traumatic events, major life changes, and loss.

Mike spadier

Mike is a creative-minded marketing executive, brand builder, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience leading strategy, branding, and marketing for some of the most recognized lifestyle brands in the country.

As the former CMO of Onnit and Still Austin Whiskey Co., and founder of the full-service agency Heart of the Sun, Mike has built a career around transforming ideas into meaningful brands that inspire connection and drive growth.

Mike has proudly partnered with Flatwater since 2014 as a paddler, a sponsor, and board member before transitioning to his current role. He helps guide the organization’s brand and marketing strategy, amplifying awareness, engagement, and impact.
