Mental health THERAPY IN THE

WAKE OF CANCER

A cancer diagnosis sends waves through everyone it touches, not just the person diagnosed. Flatwater connects individuals and families navigating cancer at any stage of the journey to a network of licensed therapists, fully funding up to 40 sessions, removing the financial barrier to care.

Who we serve

A cancer diagnosis doesn't stay with one person — it ripples outward.

We connect indivisuals, couples, and families affected by cancer in Central Texas to a licensed therapist, at any stage of the journey — from the first appointment through survivorship, caregiving, or loss.

The person diagnosed

Support for processing a diagnosis, treatment, and the identity shift that comes after — during active care or years into remission.

The people holding it together

Spouses, partners, siblings, and loved ones carrying the emotional weight and need their own space to process it.

The whole household

Families including children need ways to understand what's happening. We work with entire families so no one is left to make sense of it alone.

The barrier we remove

One less thing between you and finding flatwater.

Financial toxicity is one of the most common side effects of a cancer diagnosis — the added weight of medical bills, lost income, and now, therapy. Flatwater removes that barrier entirely.
